For a crispy bottom crust, place a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven while it preheats and bake the focaccia pan directly on top. Feel free to experiment with different cheeses, sauces, and toppings. Pesto, ricotta, sausage, or vegetables would all be delicious additions. If you don't have bread flour, you can use all-purpose flour instead. The focaccia will still be delicious, but may not have quite as chewy a texture.
